Why should I pre-register? |
| A. |
To attend the rally, the registration price is the same whether you pre-register or register on-site. This rally has put together some activities/events that come free with your pre-registration known as the pre-registration value package. Please check out the Rally Detail Page for items listed as “FREE with pre-registration.” The value package IS INCLUDED in the pre-registration price. |

Why is the T-Shirt not listed in the value package? |

The Tennessee State Rally is offering more options for rally memorabilia. The rally memorabilia choices now include multiple Shirt options, Extra Pin, Patch, Ball Cap, and Pull-String Backpack. There is a package deal available—see the registration form. Please remember that Only a PIN is included in the admission (registration) price. Please add any other memorabilia purchases to your pre-registration to ensure that you will receive the memorabilia that you want. Rally memorabilia will be in limited supply. The only way to guarantee that you can purchase the items that you want is to purchase them as part of the pre-registration process. |

Can I register on-site and still get the value package items? |

A. No. The value package items ARE NOT INCLUDED in the on-site registration price. Rally memorabilia and events tickets can be PURCHASED separately from the registration price when you register on-site - as long as supplies last. It is not intended that anyone be excluded from participating in any activity, or not be given the opportunity to purchase rally memorabilia. The number of people that pre-register determines the rally activity plans and value package makeup. So memorabilia items and activities/events are planned around the number of pre-registered rally attendees and are in limited supply to those that register on-site. |

What is the registration price for the rally? |

The registration price for the rally is $25.00 and covers the entire rally. It includes admission to all the rally events, concerts, shows, and rides. Please see above for the differences of pre and on-site registration. As mentioned above the registration price Only INCLUDES a Rally Pin. |

Can I order memorabilia merhandise after I have completeded pre-registration |

Yes. Return to the registration page. follow the steps of a mail in registration. Print off the from and select the merchadise you would like. Mail that in with a check. Please put on the form that you have already PRE-Registered. |

If I can’t attend every day of the rally, do I still have to pay the entire $25? |
| A. |
Yes. The cost of the rally is based on multiple days of entertainment, events, activities and rides. There are NO day passes for this rally. |

Who is allowed to come to the rally? |
| A. |
A. Only National H.O.G. members and one guest of a H.O.G. member registered for the rally. If a H.O.G. member pre-registers a guest, they will receive a value package; rally Memorabilia will have to be purchased by a current H.O.G. member. These items are not just rally merchandise but are H.O.G. merchandise as well. Any items that include the H.O.G. logo are restricted to H.O.G. members only. If you want a guest to get any rally memorabilia, you may want to consider signing them up for a Full or an Associate H.O.G. membership. |

Do I have to pay the registration fee for my guest and/or children? |

You will have to pay the registration fee for your guest. Children less then 15 years of age will be admitted to the rally at no charge. |

What is the name of the host hotel? |
| A. |
Chattanooga Choo-Choo, Chattanooga, TN. Also, see the lodging link on the main page for the hotel link and other rally lodging. |

Where will the rally site be in relation to the host hotel? |

The rally site is at the Host Hotel. Most events will be at the Host Hotel. Be sure to consult the schedule. If an event is staged or move to another location, it will be posted on the event schedule |

Is my pre-registration transferable? |
| A. |
No, admission is not transferable and cannot be re-sold. This is a closed event and only National HOG members and/or specific guests may enter under the registrant’s name. |

Can I pick up my spouse’s or friend’s registration and arm band? |
| A. |
Bring the pre-registered attendee’s confirmation card and you can pick up the rally packet, only. Wrist bands will NOT be handed out to guests who are not present at registration. |

Does Tennessee have a helmet law? |
| A. |
Yes. All riders and passengers must wear a DOT-approved helmet. Tennessee law also requires the use of eye protection. |
